Edge Grain cutting boards are the style of wooden cutting boards commonly found around the world.  The grain of the wood runs flat across your countertop.  Imagine a 2×4 lying on it’s side.  I won’t make Patterns or Picture Frames in this style as glue doesn’t hold well when mating butt joints together.  For these boards I will only do my Purist series.  I only use woods that are naturally fascinating like Zebrano with it’s dramatic striping or Figured Maple for it’s wonderful depth.

Sizing: I offer my cutting boards in 3 sizes: small, medium and large.  All sizes are approximate.  If you need a specific size, please contact me for availability or for a custom order.
